A straight and rust free 84 Mustang SVO Black with grey leather interior. I bought this car in 2002. It is licensed and inspected and driven on nice days. It has a Garett oil and water cooled turbo with a Gillis adjustable boost control valve. Turbo was rebuilt at 117,400 miles and a new wastegate actuator was installed. The engine has a roller cam, adjustable cam sprocket and hardened intermediate shaft. Engine was freshened at 117,400 miles. Engine was stripped, cleaned and honed. It received a NOS head which was mildly ported and new: rings, main bearings, rod bearings (all standard size), and new oil and water pumps. It also got a custom 2 1/2 inch exhaust from the turbo outlet on back including a new cat and high flow muffler. Around the same time I welded in sub frame connectors and installed a Pro 5 shifter. Last Fall I had the flywheel resurfaced and installed a new clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing. The car runs well. The interior is driver quality. There is a small crack in the speaker part of the dash pad. The seam on the driver seat bottom is open. I removed and redyed the plastic interior panels and installed a Keenwood CD player and new Polk front and Pioneer back speakers. The Air Conditioner is installed but not charged or hooked up. I never had it running and don't know if it works. The car should be repainted. The paint is chipping, the clear coat is starting to lift and some areas are faded. There are some small dings in both doors but nothing major. The car is sound and rust free.
